SHIPPING & RETURNS
IMBIBE Wholesale orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of ordering. During sale events, new launches, and holidays there may be a slightly longer processing time.
All domestic orders are shipped via Express Shipping with either StarTrack or Auspost from Ballina, NSW and delivery times differ based on location.
To NSW: 1-3 business days
To QLD: 1-3 business days
To VIC: 2-4 business days
To SA: 2-4 business days
To TAS: 3-5 business days
To WA: 3-6 business days
To NT: 3-6 business days
International orders are shipped express with DHL.
To NZ: 3-6 business days
All domestic orders are charged a flat rate of $30 for express shipping. International orders are charged $40 for express shipping with DHL.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped with either Startrack Express or Aus Post Express.
If there is an issue with your order please reach out to team at wholesale@imbibeliving.com and let them know what the issue is. Our team will decide at their discretion if the issue warrants a return.
If you have spoken with our team and they have confirmed that there is an issue with your order, we will happily offer replacements for damaged or faulty product. If you do not wish for a replacement, we rarely approve refunds, and offer credit coupons for the price of the returned/faulty product.
Rewards
You earn rewards points with every purchase. $1 spent is a point earned.
You can view your rewards points when you are logged into your account and find the Rewards tab at the top of the page and then click on Dashboard. Here you can see how many points you have earned, when you have previously redeemed points, and if you have lost points.
On the Dashboard, under Unlockable Rewards, click a voucher to redeem. Copy the code and paste it at checkout.
Points are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
Once you redeem a Voucher, that code will be valid for 30 days after the time of redemption.
During Double Rewards promotions, points earned may be doubled based on spend or items purchased. Promotion details are emailed to partners.
Bundles and Promotions
Check the Shop All → Wholesale Bundles section in the portal. Some bundles are permanent; others are limited-time promotions. Individual product discounts are rare.
Training
Yes, we offer product training for all IMBIBE partners. We have Zoom training sessions with our team, which you can book through the portal. We also have training videos, product insight reports, and manuals available for review on the portal at anytime.
No, our product training is 100% free for all IMBIBE partners.
Gifting / Complimentary Product
Gifting opportunities are based on quarterly spend. Contact our team with event details to see what’s available. Sample sachets and bundles for events are also available for purchase through the portal.
